Ticket Reservationist( TR ) : What can do for you?
Guest (G) : Please reserve two round flight tickets to Shanghai for me. Im going to attend a conference there.
TR: Lucky you! May I know your name and your room number please?
G: Room 307. Louis Fortell, director of Promotion, Benson Supplies Company.
TR: May I see your passport and room card please?
G: Here you are.
TR: Thank you. What airline do you want to fly?
G: Any flight on CAAC, leaving Beijing for Shanghai.
TR: And when are you leaving?
G: ! plan to leave on Friday, January 8, that is tomorrow, and return on Monday, January 18.
TR: Let me see. Sorry, we have nothing on January 8. But Airline China has a flight to Pudong International Airport, Shanghai on the ninth. Will that be OK with you?
G: That is fine. Our conference doesnt start until January 10.
TR: Here are your tickets, flight on CAAC, leaving on Friday,January 9, and return on Monday, January 18. Am I correct?
G: Yes, exactly.
TR: Please sign your name here. Anything else, sir?
G: My itinerary is not yet complete. If possible, you could arrange transportation and hotel accommodation for the stopover in Hangzhou from January 15 to January 17.
TR: No problem. Please come again at 4 p.m. and Ill let you know full details including rates on hotels and transportation, and means of paying.
