Guest ( G ) : Yes. My name is James Stone.
R: Do you have a reservation?
G: Yes, I do.
R: Oh, here you are. Mr. James Stone, a double with bath from the 15th to the 17th. Am I right?
G: Yes. Absolutely.
R: It s on the top floor.
G: Do you have anything on a lower floor?
R: Im afraid not. A convention is being held in the city. This is the only double room.
G: Okay, Ill take it.
R: May I see your passport, please?
G: Here you are.
R: Now please fill out this registration form--nationality, age,occupation, passport number... and your signature here.
G: What is this?
R: Thats how you wish to make your payment when you check out.
G: Thatll be my VISA Card. Shall I leave the card number here?
R: Yes. Thank you. Here is the room card and room-key card to room 808. I hope youll enjoy your stay, sir.
