Guest ( G ) : Good afternoon. My wife and I have just come from Macao. Could you arrange double room for us? My wife is handicapped. She is in the wheelchair. You see.
R: I understand. Can i have your forenames?
G: Linda White and Harry White.
R: Thank you, Mr. White. Can i see your passports? Would you please fill in this registration form?
G: Here you are.
R: How are you going to pay?
G: In cash.
R: Would you pay 2000 Yuan in advance?
G: Here it is.
R: Thank you. Heres the receipt. This is the key to Room 808. And please keep the room cards. Theres a special bedroom in Rm. 808 which has a wide door into the bathroom with appropriate washing and toilet facilities. Besides, there re no steps between the street and the entrance to the hotel.
G: Great ! Thank you.
R: This bellman will help Mrs. White up to your room and that bellman will show up your baggage.
G: Thats really very kind of you.
R: You re always welcome and we hope youll enjoy your stay here.
